Fauna is one of our investor’s recent projects—a thoughtful transformation of a single-family home into a high-yield, multi-unit property.
Originally, the home featured 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an oversized family room that was underutilized. The property also included a detached workshop and a detached garage.
To maximize its potential, the family room was converted into a fully functional studio unit (JADU) complete with its own kitchen and bathroom.
Additionally, the detached workshop was transformed into a spacious 2-bedroom, 1-bath Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) with a full kitchen.
