This design-build project, located in the city of Covina, involved the transformation of a 700-square-foot detached three-car garage into a spacious 1,200-square-foot Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU). The final result is a beautifully designed rear unit featuring three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a layout that maximizes both function and comfort.
