Phoebe

Phoebe was a uniquely challenging and rewarding project. The existing home required strategic modifications to accommodate a 2-bedroom, 2-bath attached Accessory Dwelling Unit. Additions were carefully designed and constructed at both the front and rear of the house to make the most of the limited 5,556-square-foot lot. Despite the spatial constraints, the integration between the original structure and the new ADU was seamless—resulting in a beautifully cohesive living space that fulfilled the homeowner’s vision in every way.
