Walnut

Walnut is a 1,000 sq ft detached ADU featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The design pays homage to the main house, a charming example of Minimal Traditional architecture with subtle Ranch and Cottage influences. Our goal was to create a seamless extension of the original character, and the result is an ADU that blends in beautifully with the existing home. In fact, the city’s planning department has taken note—photographing our project to use as an example for future builds. Inside, the space is styled with a thoughtful mix of modern finishes and coastal/bohemian accents, creating a fresh, welcoming atmosphere.
